Accuracy of Information: Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any personal or objection content submitted through the platform.

No Legal Advice: The platform provides automated content generation based on templates approved by campaign groups. It does not constitute legal advice or representation and should not replace professional legal counsel.

Legal Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Scotland, the United Kingdom, and the European Union when using the Service.

Compliance: ObjectNow processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the EU GDPR where applicable. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Collected Data: The platform collects the following for submission purposes:

• Title and Full Name
• Postal Address
• Email Address
• Personal Comments (optional)

This data is encypted in a manner even ObjectNow can't access it.

Anonymised Data: Postcode data may be retained in a non-identifiable format for regional analysis by campaign groups.

Security Logging: IP addresses, browser types, and timestamps are recorded to detect misuse and fulfil legal obligations. This data may be disclosed to law enforcement if required.

No Cookies: ObjectNow does not use cookies or third-party tracking technologies of any kind.

All content, code, features, software, text, and images on the ObjectNow platform are the intellectual property of ObjectNow or used under appropriate licence. These materials are protected under UK copyright law and international IP treaties.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission from ObjectNow.

Template Accuracy: While we strive to ensure high-quality, relevant objection templates, ObjectNow does not guarantee the success or acceptance of any submissions generated using the Service.

Availability: We endeavour to maintain uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee uptime due to technical maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ObjectNow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from use of the platform or its generated content.

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Submit false, deceptive, or misleading objection content
• Attempt unauthorised access to the system or disrupt platform functionality
• Engage in offensive, harassing, or abusive conduct using ObjectNow

Violations may result in immediate suspension of access and potential reporting to appropriate legal authorities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ObjectNow, its owners, employees, affiliates, and associated campaign groups from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Where relevant, they shall also be interpreted in accordance with applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the ObjectNow platform. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
